Our Fundamentals class offers 6 classes over a two week span. We cover the 9 Fundamental CrossFit movements plus several auxiliary movements that will help you transition into a CrossFit class. After the two weeks of small group classes, you will have access to join any class of your choosing for the following two weeks at no additional cost!
These are the cornerstone of what we do at CrossFit Triad. CrossFit is a fitness program designed using constantly varied, functional movement performed at a relative high intensity. As a truly functional program, we design our daily workouts to be scaled up-or down-to be accessible to all populations. If you’re just starting out, we recommend coming three days a week for your first couple weeks, then build to four, then five. Once you’re up to five days per week, we recommend building in two recovery days per week.
Monday Wednesday Friday 4:30pm-6:30pm & Friday 11am.
Open gym is a non-coached time-frame and it can be a time where you make up a WOD, get in a lift you may have missed, work on your weaknesses or, work on your competition training.
Available upon request we will pair you with a Coach who has extensive experience in eating healthy and more importantly sustaining these healthy regiments.
Extra Programming for the more competitive and experienced athletes. This program compliments the daily WOD’s. Competitive Programing is a great addition to our existing workouts. This program is available for members only.
